Kelley focuses her practice on family and domestic law, representing families and individuals across Oklahoma. Her practice focuses on dissolution of marriage, separation, asset division and distribution, child custody, child support, alimony, paternity, guardianships, and adoption. She has dedicated her practice to providing her clients with advocacy, counsel, and the strength to weather difficult family transitions.
Attorney Feldhake attended the University of Tulsa College of Law where she completed her Juris Doctorate. As she worked to complete her doctorate, she was recognized with the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for Criminal Procedure: Police Practices, and as an Admissions Ambassador for the University of Tulsa College of Law. During this time Kelley worked for attorneys with over forty years of private practice, public interest, and judicial experience while working in Rogers County and in the Tulsa County District Attorney Office.
After passing the bar examination, Ms. Feldhake took a position with a firm that specialized in family law litigation and practiced under attorneys with more than thirty years combined experience. She became active in the legal community with membership in the Johnson-Sontag Inns of Court, Oklahoma Bar Association, Tulsa Bar Association, American Bar Association, and with state and local level family law sections of those organizations.
Recognized by her peers for her substantial court room experience, expertise in family law matters, and dedication to her clients, Ms. Feldhake began her own private practice. She built her practice on the idea that every client deserves quality representation and compasssion on issues affecting the family. What began as a solo practice continues to grow as Kelley continues her practice as a top family law attorney in Oklahoma.
Kelley's serves as a volunteer in her community through Junior League of Tulsa, Emergency Infant Services, and Tulsa Lawyers for Children. She also participates in her community through her church and related local charities.
